Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving the package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We currently do not have a return system in place but we will provide you with a free replacement in case there is an issue with the merch received. 


Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective we cannot process a refund. Every wylln bundle is packaged with love and care so that such things never happen. 

This includes size related issues. We have a very detailed and helpful size chart on each product which can help you choose the right size. If you ever need help choosing the right size, please contact us before placing an order.
